SAFETY POLICIES
Safety is our top priority when working with the dogs.
All dogs must be able to hold a stay position in sit, down, or stand for a minimum of 5 seconds at a time to participate.
Dogs are not allowed in the studio if they have shown previous aggressive or reactive behavior to other dogs or people.
Any dog that shows aggressive behavior during their shoot will be dismissed immediately at the discretion of the photographer.
Multiple dogs can be booked back to back but dogs in waiting must be kennel trained and wait in our provided large kennel. Unfortunately, we do not have waiting space for a extra large breed at this time.
All dogs are required to be walked in and out of the studio on leashes or carried in a carrier. Collars and harnesses may be removed once secure in the studio space.

Refund Policy - We understand dogs can be unpredictable. All dogs will be given one appointment as a test run. If it turns out they are not a fan of the camera, a one time refund will be given and no pictures will be distributed. If your dog would like to try again in the future, any future appointments are non-refundable regardless of outcome.
The studio does their very best to take the most adorable photos of your precious pooch. But… dogs will be dogs. We cannot always guarantee flawless photos if your pup is extra wiggly during their session.
